Scope of This Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how ABCD IT Solutions (“we”, “us”) handles information when you use our website, contact or demo forms, event registrations, and related marketing channels.
It also describes, at a high level, how we process data when customers use AERO360° and related aviation software or professional services.
For AERO360° and customer platforms, the aviation operator / customer typically acts as the data controller of operational and user data, and ABCD IT Solutions acts as a processor on documented instructions under the applicable agreement or data processing addendum.
This policy does not replace customer contracts, statements of work, or data processing agreements.

Information We Collect

Contact and business details such as name, email, phone number, company, role, and operator or organization type when you enquire, book a demo, or register for events.
Project and communication details you share while exploring or delivering services.
Technical data including IP address, browser type, device identifiers, approximate location derived from IP, cookies, and usage analytics (including interaction events on our website).
Account and role information for authorized platform users (for example operations, OCC, crew planning, maintenance, quality, or admin roles), as provisioned by the customer.
Customer-controlled operational and aviation-related data processed inside AERO360° or related systems only as instructed by the customer (such as flight operations, maintenance, inventory, compliance, or planning records). We do not use this data as our own marketing database.
We do not intentionally collect passenger personal data through our public website. If a customer uploads such data into a platform we host, it remains under the customer’s control and instructions.
Recruitment information such as resume details when you apply for roles or internships via our Careers pages.
Job applications (name, contact details, cover letter, resume file) stored for recruitment and compliance with applicable employment laws.

Sensitive and Special Categories of Data

Aviation systems may involve sensitive categories (for example certain crew medical, biometric, or security-clearance related information) depending on how a customer configures and uses the product.
We do not seek such data through our marketing website. Where processed in a customer environment, we process it only under the customer’s instructions and contractual safeguards.
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have a lawful basis and any required consents or authorizations before uploading sensitive data.

How We Use Information

To operate our website, respond to enquiries, schedule demos, and manage events.
To provide, host, secure, support, and improve AERO360° and related aviation software and professional services.
To communicate about proposals, support requests, service updates, and (where permitted) relevant product information.
To maintain security, audit logs, troubleshooting, and incident response.
To understand website usage and improve content and user experience (including aggregated or anonymized analytics where feasible).
To comply with legal obligations and protect the rights, safety, and security of our systems and users.
We do not sell personal data or customer operational aviation data.

Legitimate interests such as securing our services, improving offerings, and responding to business enquiries, balanced against your rights.
Consent where required, including for certain marketing communications or non-essential cookies.
Compliance with applicable law, including India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP) and other rules that apply to our processing.
Where we act as a processor for customer platforms, the customer’s legal bases and instructions govern that processing.

Aviation Compliance Context

AERO360° and related tools are designed to help aviation organizations digitize operations and support their own compliance workflows.
Customers remain responsible for meeting civil aviation and organizational obligations (including applicable DGCA or other authority requirements that apply to them).
ABCD IT Solutions is a technology provider and does not act as a civil aviation authority, airworthiness organization, or substitute for licensed operational decision-making.

Sharing, Subprocessors & Transfers

Trusted vendors who support hosting, object storage, email, analytics, communications, and security (subprocessors), under appropriate confidentiality and data protection terms.
Professional advisors (legal, accounting, compliance) under confidentiality.
Transfers as required to fulfill contracts, comply with law, or protect rights.
Data may be stored or processed in regions used by our cloud and infrastructure providers (including services such as AWS). International or cross-border transfers use contractual and technical safeguards where required.
A current list of material subprocessors is available on request for enterprise customers.

Data Retention

Website enquiry and marketing records are retained only as long as needed for the purposes described or as required by law.
Platform logs, backups, and operational datasets follow the customer agreement and the customer’s retention instructions, which may be longer where aviation maintenance, safety, or compliance record-keeping requires it.
When no longer needed, data is securely deleted, returned, or anonymized according to contract and applicable law.

Security Measures

Technical and organizational controls designed to protect data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.
Access limited to authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis, with role-based access for administrative systems.
Encryption in transit and, where configured for hosted services, protections for data at rest.
Monitoring, logging, and incident-response processes appropriate to the services we provide.
We continuously review and improve security practices; specific commitments (including notification timelines) may be set out in the customer agreement.

Your Rights & Choices

Depending on applicable law (including DPDP), you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your personal data, or withdraw consent where processing is consent-based.
You can opt out of marketing communications at any time.
If your data is processed in a customer’s AERO360° environment, please contact that organization first; we will support the customer in responding to valid requests as required by contract and law.

Children’s Privacy

Our website and products are directed to business and aviation professionals, not children.
We do not knowingly collect personal data from children through our public website.
